I think what you have so far is pretty awesome and will be really useful when it's done.

Back in the old days when I first started collecting, I used Crystal Mounts (remember those?). Been using Showgard though for a long time. The Showgard size guide for USA is pretty good. One of my collections is German States and Germany up to 1948. I've not been able to find a decent sizing guide for these as well as other foreign stamps like UK etc. Anyone know of a size guide for Showgard (or similar) for foreign stamps?

Mystic Mounts are more than likely made by one of the main companies in that business and then rebranded for Mystic. Much like stamp hinges which pretty much all come from the same manufacturer, or so I've been told a number of times, and packaged for different sellers.

As for this database, is the manufacturers's "model" number for their mounts nearly as important as the actual size of the mount that's needed? I'd think most people, knowing the size needed, would just choose the appropriate mount from whatever supply of mounts they had or wanted to order. Mounts are marked by sizes so I don't understand why the rest of the information is needed -- saving you all that laborious gathering of information from all these manufacturers!

I like the idea of the manufactures numbers helps with ordering the correct mounts I would assume.
I have just bought Linder off cuts in 250g a packet. Pot luck on sizes, but you can just trim
to fit stamps if need be.
