I have two questions.
1) I can't find a reference to this revalued postage envelope.
2) Obvious the value changes if they are not complete because I have a lot of others standards that have been cut off.
Cheers

The revaluation of this stamped envelope ocurred in 1946. The catalog number depends on the die number.

The various Die 2a-c depends on the horizontal measurement of the the numeral 6 of original impression measured in millimeters (6.5, 6 and 5.5).

In die 3, the otherwise erect aft rudder of the plane leans forward. This would make your example Rod is a Die 3 Scott # UC13 ($0.60 2014 catalog value for a used cut square)

Your examples StampHack are all Die 2's but without measurement I cannot determine the catalog number.

A good reference is the United Postal Stationery Society "Catalog of the 20th and 21st Century Stamped Envelopes and Wrappers of the United States" page 258.

This has the information previously quoted with additional detail on watermarks, envelope sizes and Knife types of the full envelopes...Mike

Smauggie I measured the three it appears the revalued is 5.5mm and the other two are 6mm.
