As a cachetmaker, I often need to look up stamps that have honored U.S. states and territories. I built a reference for myself, and have uploaded it to share. I keep it updated as new stamps are released.
You might want to pick up a copy of Donald J. Lehnus' book "Angels to Zeppelins, A Guide to the Persons, Objects, Topics, and Themes on United States Postage Stamps, 1847-1980." Using Oregon as an example, he also lists 745 (Crater Lake in OR), 783 (OR Territory Opening), and 964 (OR Territory 100th).
Stamp Smarter has a way to search on stamp description and when I typed 'Alaska' it returned a few more stamps. When I looked closer the additional stamps, while related to Alaska, might not be the same as your criteria 'stamps Commemorating States and Territories'. Don
