I've tried it with Wikipedia, kyrillean Alphabet, sometimes I can translate if cancel is good readable, but in this case I need your help, it's very important to me because I'm a world Destination cover collector, appreciate your answer thank you:

if I understand correctly and you are interested in the dispatching cds, it is from Libava - present-day Liepaja in Latvia, then part of the Russian Empire.

And of course the destination is the small city of Thun in central Switzerland (spelled the German way - Schweiss - on this cover).
