Anyone have thoughts on this one? Its not even the same blue as the 5c.

Color changling. Possible exposure to strong sunlight or chemicals.

Thank you jarnick. I suspected that would be the case, but was surprised how consistent the shade appears across the stamp. Has this particular colour change been seen before? Neil.

yellow + blue = green.
The yellow (and red) is easy to fade in the sunlight.
Probably the most common color changeling found.
