The fault rate in kiloware can be quite high - between the faults introduced by the user and the faults added by the mail processing equipment/rought handling by the mailman or the person the mail was addressed to.

I have found AmberRose in GB/UK to have few damaged in kiloware. If you are looking for older, Scott Virtues in USA has good kiloware. Swan Philatelic, in USA, is OK if you buy during a sale and get 5 or 10 lots for that discount also.
