I can't read a lot of the smaller words at that resolution, but it appears to be a sales tax assessment for 74.25 Marks, and the lower portion entitled "Abschlußzahlung" would indicate a partial payment of 65.55 Marks, with a remaining balance to be paid of 8.70 Marks.
