Tunisia 2004 Arab League Conference Withdrawn/Unissued ?

Hi,

The attached stamp shows the wrong date (29-30 March) of the Arab League Conference of that year and a correct stamp (22-23 May) was issued. Does anyone knwo whether the stamp shown was unissued or withdrawn after it had been sold at postal counters already ?

No comment on any other issue, withdrawn or otherwise.

I'd suggest looking for specialist blogs, on Tunisia Philately, ask there, if no response here.
