Good Day to all. Has anyone seen these identification markings before on Issues of the Empire? The 30 c has centenrio do selo postale and the 60 c has Brasil Correo below the numerical numbers.
I have never seen with markings like this before. Are these considered genuine stamps? All three are on White Paper, imperforated, including no gum in used condition with machine cancellations. They were retrieved from an old Estate Book.
Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Republic, not Empire. Issue of 1 August 1943, marking the centenary of the first Brazilian postage stamps. Low CV.
