Partime,
that's generous, thank you very much, but no.
I have enough to show the next caretaker of my collection the general gist.
If in Oz, and $1 postage I would have accepted.
Cheers.
"russell street" is an typo error.

Matt,

Sc#2 and #Sc#2h

not sure about "common", there were only 1,052,800,000 1d reds printed.
Could not see any common flaws, but I am only a student, as you, and a "little knowledge can be dangerous"

The OS / NSW is worth double the stamp value. (Note: you have a broken pin, in the "W" of NSW)
The Postmark is a roller cancel (SYDNEY / ??? 4PM) , suggesting the stamp was on a periodical, or newspaper / newsprint.

Guess.
The Sc#2h can maybe be plated to ER14 , Plate E, Right pane, stamp 14.
line does not meet frame.
Pmk: DUBBO NSW 3rd November 1913.

Best I can do.

Thanks Rod,
I have a few KGV perfs, the wmk on stamps I am having trouble with at this stage. I've put up 2 stamps, one with perfs and one without, from the same bag and seem to be different. the stamp without the perfs, I think is a 2nd wmk....is that right? Both perf gauge 14
But any info on the 2 kgv's would be great.
Thanks Matt.

Matt, I am off on the pushbike for 20km
I'll address this evening.

Note: Your "perfs" are PERFINS (PERForated INitials)
These officials I rather address them as "Punctured OS" rather than perfins,
but choose your own poison.

Sc#21 Nothing Stands out at first glance.

Matt nothing I can see stands them apart.

The un puntured stamp has a "compartment line" curiosity (common)
see the little "7" in top right hand corner.

Compartment Lines: printing variety caused when presses picks up ink during the printing process, appears as lines, dots or dashes in one or more margins of stamps.

A little more orange in your stamp, and you may have hit an "Eosin Pink" (very rare)

These are the shades this stamp comes in

Thanks Rod, I had no idea there were so many shades. Is there a good site to get more info like a perforation gauge guide you might know of for australian stamps. I'm also looking at getting the stanley gibbons australian catalogue, is that a good one to get? What do you think?
Thanks Matt.

Matt,
tough question, you shall get numerous opinions / arguments.

My Opinion
(comes from an organisational bent, I like fast ID, straightforward references)
1st Catalogue of choice
Scott 2009 stamp catalogue on DVD (beware of forgeries)
Download onto your hard drive
2nd Chirokmd Scott Pages of Australia only (My way) cost around $24 last I purchased.
3rd and 4th choice The Australasian Stamp Catalogue, or Comprehensive catalogue of Australian stamps
(I buy at stamp auctions 2nd hand about $5 each)
5th Choice ACSC aust comm. stamp cat 1977 (about $1 from auctions or stamp clubs)
6th choice Brusden and White catalogues....the choice of experts...you'll pay for these babies $50-$280
Last choice...when you are master of all you survey... Specialist Monograph series of the Kangaroos and Sidefaces (KG5)...this will empty your wallet around $300
Buy Gibbons at your own risk, I dislike it, its like a bad dream, BUT use it (I buy 2nd hand around $10) for varieties Scott does not list.
Indespensible catalogue, but use sparingly.

Best I can do
Good Luck
PS: TIP I bought my Stanley Gibbons full set, from the Perth State Library. You have to put your name down, and reserve the set for when they update to new catalogues....you can wait up to over a year depending, but you get a bargain purchase.

Goldsbrough Mort & Co. Ltd.

Know them well, as kids, we would hitch rides into Adelaide,
the Goldborough Mort Stockyards, always welcomed one with a peculiar aroma, not unpleasant, and never forgotten,
We'd look through the galvanised bars at the penned stock, in silence, all lost in our personal thoughts.
