Newfoundland Cancel - Can Anyone Give Info?

I will try to find out for you, but I believe it may be a one off quartered cork cancel, that may have been designed and used by a local post office...Just my opinion.

But the only entire document I can find with anything close to this cancel is this one

I did find an exact one on the Canada Revenue Stamps but no info on the cancel itself.

I don't know if it adds any value or not, neverless, I have put them up for sale in the store.
