Haven't identified the stamp, except that it's a Franklin 1c A138, but here's a cover that looked scan-worthy. Interesting that customer data used to be visible on mail. Comments welcomed. Thanks!

Also the double usage/cancel is another aspect that I've not seen before—but then again, I haven't seen many covers compared to some of you here…

Your card went through the mail 3x.
The first time it went out as a bill.
Second time returned enclosed in an envelope with payment.
Third time with a stamp added mailed back as a receipt and getting the second cancel.

A desirable piece of postal history, worth more as a complete mail piece than the individual stamp and postal card.
