1958-59 Letter sheet for Foreign Postage Uc32 Apparently there are two types and two varieties. Happened to photographing 1940 Scott Specialized, this is from the 1996 Specialized. Any red or blue missing? Sorry about the refleftion!
Your aerogramme is the Type II (two line text on the back), and both red and blue are present, making it Scott #UC32. The dashes mean the item is known to exist, but insufficient information is available for them to provide a catalog price prior to catalog publication. In the 2017 Scott US Specialized, #UC32b and #UC32c are priced at $825 and $850, respectively.
Scott calls them letter sheets. English was not my first language, and we always called them aerogrammes. In fact, you can see that's what it's called on the aerogramme itself.
A used Scott US Specialized is a pretty good resource for both beginning and intermediate US collectors. Very recent ones are not cheap, but you should be able to get one 5-10 years old for pretty cheap -- just pay attention to the total cost including shipping, which is often not a trivial amount for catalogs.
