68th Annual Rocky Mountain Stamp Show
2017 May 26, 27, 28
Philatelists of all ages are putting a stamp on Denver. What's a Philatelist? A stamp collector, of course. And hundreds will be at the Rocky Mountain Stamp Show on Friday to Sunday, May 26 to 28th at the Crown Plaza Hotel Denver International, 15500 E. 40th Ave., Denver, CO 80239. The Show is a lot of fun. Stamps are snapshots of the past and present and can tell the story or a person, place or time. Many can take you to exotic destinations or on a journey into space. During the show seminars will be given by the Military Postal History Society in the Crested Butte Room by Harry Charles.

Friday: 2:00 PM, Postal Savings Systems of the Post Office and Treasury in WW1. Friday 4:00 PM The Second Anglo-Afghan War 1878 – 1880 and the Great Game by Steve Nadler. Saturday 3:00 PM Development of the Atomic Bomb Postal History by Joe Bock See our show schedule listed under "Activities" on our website for complete list of talks and discussions.

The show has sold out their 336 frames of world class stamp exhibits, come see the best of the best in competition for the first annual George Brett Cup. Show attendees can vote on their favorite exhibit. 36 stamp dealers from all around the United States will showcase their wares.

"What's in your Attic?" offers FREE, no obligation, advice for those who want to learn more about inherited stamp albums and old family collections. They also offer advice for selling or disposing of the same collections.

Young stamp collectors can attend Stamp Camp Denver, a four hour program running Friday and Saturday. Hours are: Friday & Saturday from 10:00 am to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
