Egypt 2004 Withdrawn ?

Hi,

I have the following description of the attached sheet:

"Egypt 2004 complete set MNH** XF** 92nd Anniv. of National bar Association incl. withdrawn Stamp of Sameh Ashor which is still alive and this stamps was supposed to be for the dead ones ! so his stamped withdrew and reissued without it .. rare .. . See Scan..Low Price ... It will be sent folded from the middle."

I have my doubts about this description since the sheet is rather cheap and I have only seen this description once. Does any catalogue give some hint here ? Incidentally, can anyone also tell me which stamp is targeted in the above description ?

I understand Sameh Ashour is the 1st man on the bottom row, next to the logo stamp.

Check out Item 190 on this auction list. Not sure how accurate this is. The top row of the original sheet has disappeared as well as Sameh Ashour.
