A little while back, I happened upon a collection of Trucial States stamps that are all complete sets, mint never hinged. I've been working (auf Deutsch!) with the Michel "Nacher Osten" catalog to try to identify them and determine that they are complete sets.
I've been putting some of them (especially space, Scouts & sports and Olympics) up on
ebay, where they're listed now. I still have quite a few to prep that did not fall into those categories, so they're not up anywhere yet.
Once I have them all scanned and identified, I was thinking about posting a thread here, just to show the images for anyone's future reference. Would that be of interest to anyone here?
(And I was also going to start a thread asking for help trying to id those I couldn't find in Michel.)
In the meantime, while I'm not trying to make this an advertisement, please feel free to check out those listings on
ebay. I usually scan large images, and the magnification tool on
ebay makes it easy to see them in some detail. There's an
