Hi - my grandmother recently passed and I found these stamps while cleaning out her home. Appreciate any insight on the value on these specific stamps. The Washington stamps are used and not in great condition. The W. Forward stamp is inuaed and seems to be in very good condition to by my untrained eye standpoint...

The two Washington stamps are common and damaged and have no philatelic value. The 1954 $3 W. (Walter) Forward documentary stamp from what I can ascertain has either a tear or an error, I would need to see the stamp close up.

(A documentary stamp tax is a tax on documents, instruments, loan agreements and papers evidencing the acceptance, assignment, sale or transfer of an obligation, right or property incident thereto).
