I received a few dozen of these type overprints and do not see them listed in Scott. Am I just missing them or is there another catalog that will help in identifying and mounting by some kind of number?

heelman, your geography is a bit off. All three of those are Belgium. The red one is a railroad stamp, the others are regular postage. I guess you can find them now?

The Red one is a News paper stapms scott P12 , beside it's easy to guess, Journaux = Newspapers

I was trying to tell wheelman that it was an overprinted railway stamp. I was just trying to steer wheelman in the right direction
