I recently was going through some Belgium stamps late one evening and turned off the light. And to my surprise I encountered a glow in the dark stamp. It was a #1589 building stamp. I thought I saw some others in my pile as well. Would the tagging cause the stamp to glow? Or could it be the ink used in the production? *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***
Interesting post. All the different images that show up under UV. This Belgian stamp glowed with out UV light. I need to get a photo flash and try some more stamps.
