It is hard to tell from your scan ,I would need a bigger scan with more detail . It clearly is not a EAREE 1st. type forgery because the top of the horn is in the right place . It is also not a EAREE 2nd type because the lettering of "LOCALE" don't run together . I need a bigger scan to see more detail .
The background "swiggle lines " need to cover all the background ,yours look like spots are skipped . The frame lines around the 2 1/2 and Rp. need to be more even and rounder yours look jaggered . Again need a larger scan ,just not sure your scanner or camera is distorting the stamp or your scanning a picture off the internet .
