Good evening, I am trying to identify this cut square stamp. I know that it is either a SC #UO2 or SC #UO7. Don't have a scott book to determine the difference. Thank you

Here are the 2 dies:
UO2 at left
UO7 at right

There was a thread about identifying the POD official dies a few months ago, noting the shape of the scallops above and below the words "three cents", and other differences, rather than trying to measure the height of the numeral.
