Hoping to get some help Iding a few France stamps I have. I have three of what looks like Scott # 1293: France 1971-1974 Marrianne 50c. The thing is, I have one that is not tagged and two that have 3 verical bars of tagging. Scott does not mention tagging for # 1293. Am I missing something?

No, you are not missing anything. It's the Scott catalog that's missing it. These stamps come both untagged and tagged. I have an older Y&T catalog that lists them, but it's not handy right now, so I can't provide any details.
I looked it up on (20130207) Not allowed by the Staff and see that it does list Y&T #s 1664 for untagged and 1664c for these 3 bar tagged. No sublisting for Scott as you said.
