Rod,
The WWF label you show is actually from Yugoslavia, prior to the civil wars and independence of Croatia. It is the gutter label on the sheet of 25 (20 stamps + 5 labels) from the 1989 WWF issue of Yugoslavia.

for more information on the "non-obligatory" postal tax stamps, check out this page:
http://www.inet.hr/~bepervan/marke97ben.html

note: your 1996 Olympic issue was obligatory (April 17 – 30, 1996). You can navigate through the above site to find ALL of the obligatory issues as well.

as we have discussed previously, the Red Cross stamps are for membership dues. I have a membership book with some similar stamps (mine are dated 1950 or 51, if I recall correctly), but I haven't gotten into that part of my collection yet for scanning.

Rod,

The orange posthorn rosette tab is probably from Austria. I haven't found the specific stamp, but here's a similar one in green.

as for your meter impressions:

the top 2 are similar to type B7 (Postalia machine), but yours are DC (double circle) on the date stamp section, while only a SC (single circle) is listed. this may be due to the advertising/slogan added to the left?

3rd row, left (TRIBUNJ) is a type PO6.1
3rd row, right (ZAGREB) is a type PO2

4th row, left (Cakovec) is a type B6 (Hasler "Mailmaster" machine)
4th row, right (Jastrebarsko) is a type PO8 (Tera Printer machine)

5th row, left, is another type PO2

this information comes from the International Postage Meter Stamp Catalogue: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Inter...alog/Croatia
