revcollector ebay is an S&P 500 company with an ESG policy that should reflecting the values of our country, sad that we are now all just expected to accept the crooks and a rigged system as part of the business model/trade. I think that is a flawed position to accept as sustainable. As a role model for good business practice, I expect more from my US institutions, which ebay at $38 billion market cap clearly is. Call me high on a horse, a fool, a troll, a.....file it in as you see fit. I refuse to believe that the stamp market is not significant to ebay. I call BS! |

I would love to see our country reflecting the values of our country. I would love to see ebay take responsibility for it's platform, too. ebay's gross for the first quarter last year was $20.9 BILLION. For the second quarter, $21.5 BILLION. Even if the philatelic sales were $100 million for the year it would still be a very small percentage of their overall gross. Small potatoes to them. They are following the great American corporate tradition of grabbing all they can for as long as they can. And Anthony's is following in the same great American tradition of taking as much as they can get away with. (As for it being a tradition, there was plenty of fraud going on before and during the revolution with a significant impact on it, the land speculations and it's influences alone would curl your hair). |

Little river Phil One 315 trim job per week each Thursday nite auction at Anthony's LLC every week US auction closing all around 8 pm each week. Each week a new/repeating sucker is born year-round for years since 2014 when ebay closed their Self Policing program without any disclosure, maybe? I foolishly "won" my share of this scam between May and July 2017. All purchased came back counterfeit (some with big margins - fooled me but no way PF committee). Each week a new winning bidder/consumer takes home a PF certifiable P.O.S. But no problem this is standard operating procedure some very active market participants say! Thanks 2 ebay deleting negative feedback and this conman dance of deceit it's prolific and tolerated by the stamp trade. White collar crime the Feds can't be bothered with but not very smart if you ask me. Programmatic fraud right in front of everyone's eyes but no says the right thing? Stop that! Weak backbone is not a good thing in biz IMHO. |

ebay has policies for selling raw currency and stamps and related itesm. Are they up to date or being enforced? Quote: Raw paper currency
Raw paper currency are items that haven't been graded by a currency grading company, or has been graded, but not by an approved grading company. Listings for raw paper currency must follow these guidelines: A numeric grade (such as 67, Choice Uncirculated 64, Extremely Fine 40, VF30) isn't included in the title, description, or item specifics of the listing. No estimate of value (even if personal opinion) or reference to a price guide is included in the title or description. The listing includes photos of the front and back of the currency being sold and you are authorized to use the photos. Stock photos and images that are dark, out of focus, edited, or misleading aren't allowed. Photos or scans of paper currency in holders from a non-approved grading company cannot show a grade or any text describing the grade or quality of the paper currency. The grade and wording describing the grade or quality of the item must be completely obscured and unreadable. The starting, reserve, or Buy It Now price for the paper currency is less than $2,500. Quote:Stamps Listings for stamps must follow these guidelines: Include all relevant information that you know about the item, such as origin, date of issue, and condition. Include clear pictures of the actual item being sold. Stock photos and images that are dark, out of focus, edited, or misleading aren't allowed. All flaws or alterations to the item being sold that can't be seen in the pictures must be specified in the description of the listing. Include all information about any alterations that may have been made to the item. Individually identify every item listed to avoid misunderstandings about what is for sale. Don't make false or misleading claims of sales scarcity, value, condition or investment potential. For advice or information from other stamps enthusiasts, visit ebay's Stamp Collectors discussion board. |

They take down my WWII era souvenir sheets within hours (it's Nazi propaganda, don't cha know!), but they won't touch Anthony's frauds. |

Today's kind message from Anthony's LLC. Unsigned of course. " ebay told us to contact law enforcement and gave us a contact in your area". What a #!@%#* joke. The criminal threatens to call the cops! Come on. Get real. I'm not a joker just an honest law following us stamp sucker on ebay. Let's have our day in court. You loose MG period. You are the true criminal. Not hard to find many that agree. What is my crime? I stole from you? Mg you picked the hard way when you did not respond to my global settlement offer in December. We both could have saved time and a lot of public debate I as offered to hold you harmless if agreed to. You did not see any value in that offer were I would have a 50% recovery vs my 40% I got instead via PayPal. You were hoping I would get 0% I know but just like nasty breakup it does not always go as planned. Not complaining to PayPal? How come? Under review you say. Why is that? Disputing claims AFTER you loose is a no-No especially when you have no NEW facts and in fact you did not even contest the disputes with the in the period allowed. Still waiting on my 2nd official NJ BBB Bs response. Your almost out of time there so put that on the list of call the cops, your lawyer, and BBB. Oh and call the nice folks at ebay too. They give good directory service. |

"lose" <> "loose"
Just sayin'...
P.S. Who in this thread is the "MG" that you are addressing your incomprehensible comments towards? Is that someone in your other thread? It's not making sense (on several different levels). |

Sorry regarding typos that the kind of focus and attention this matters needs. I will wait for the cops to ring my bell before I give this any further mind. I'm done. My story is told! Stamp community pretty much a bunch of jellyfish is my take away when it comes to cleaning up bad actors. Your hobby is doomed if you could not even get me into the mix.
It's going the same fate as the opera. Going down with all the glory in the past. |

YOP, I believe your bad experience with a notorious "bad apple" has poisoned your view of what stamp collecting can be.
Stamp collecting is an educational and challenging hobby. As an investment vehicle, it is sure to disappoint. |

revenuecollector, in another thread I asked who MG was and was informed that he is Marc Guitmann. Never heard of him but I assume from context that he is the owner of the Anthony's firm. |

Thanks... but I don't see any evidence that this MG person has participated in this thread, so I'm not sure why the missive above is directed at a nonmenber of the thread... unless it is just cathartic venting. The message board equivalent of shouting at clouds. |
