YOP, I think you may get better results raising your concerns on the Stampboards forum. The owner there has been running a vendetta against ebay for years and the forum has instigated the CLOSURE OF HUNDREDS OF shonky ebay accounts over the years.

You will need to be factual and wear a hard hat though, sometimes it can feel like it gets a bit personal, but most of it is a cultural thing (Aussies love putting you down and it's supposedly meant in good humour).

I bought this stamp from Anthony's. I got a good deal on the stamp because it wasn't identified correctly. You don't need to bellyache about ebay, you just need to learn how to buy intelligently. It doesn't take decades either.

Why do you not call us or give a time to call you so we can resolve? You are a coward hiding behind emails.
As far as legal stuff what you claim we did, which we did not, it is a civil matter. Stealing property outright in excess of $3,000 is Grand Larceny a crime, if I present to the DA in your are and they go after it then there is nothing I can do to stop them. The reason ebay, pay pal(there was a technical error which is why I could not respond to the chargebacks, but I know they contacted you about your obligation to return the items) and the better business bureau back us up and not you is because we are willing to stand by our stuff and allow out of return period returns.

If Anthony's gave you refunds, you are obligated to return the merchandise unless they stated otherwise. You don't get to keep the items no matter how irritated or dissatisfied you are; that's theft.

If the remaining "high-value" stamps are all still with PF for cert how does one return this crap? If there is $300 of real value that would be a shock. He's clearly desperate thinking/estimated I retained 3k of "commercial value". This was FRAUD 95 FAKE!
