Thought I'd post this postcard from Japan to Pekin.Stamp is Sc. no.3
Japanese offices abroad...(small characters on the bottom of the 1 sen stamp)

Actually it's to Peking/Beijing from Peking. "I.J.P.O." in the cancel does mean Imperial Japanese Post Office but that phrase was not used in Japan proper, if I remember right.
