You're using Scott International 2-post pages, and I don't think anyone else makes an album or binder that fits that hole distance, unfortunately. One of the sneakier things stamp album publishers do is to make sure the pages they publish only fit into their albums. And the way they do this is to make the spacing between posts, or the number of rings they use (3, 4, 6, 14, 22 rings, all are used), unique to their albums only.
I could be wrong, of course, and maybe there are some International-sized binders available out there -- but I doubt it. You might check Mystic Stamp Company as they sell some sort of cheap 2-post binder which might just fit these pages, though I suspect it fits only smaller pages.
But there is an alternative, one I've been seriously playing around with. There's no reason you can't re-punch holes in your pages to fit either for the standard U.S. 3-hole sized ring binder or the 22-ring binders used in Europe. Each requires a hole punch, of course, with the 3-hole punch available everywhere and the 22-ring punch more difficult to come by. It's worth considering once you give up your search to find Scott International 2-post binders in a smaller size.
There is one small problem that I've discovered in punching 22 holes into Scott International pages, and that is with two holes already punched in the pages, you do end up with at least one of the existing holes producing a slightly-odd looking larger or double hole when you punch new holes. So far, this doesn't bother me too much as you don't really notice it --but it could bother others. On the other hand, if you choose to punch three new holes in your existing two hole pages, this will not happen. You end up, of course, with five holes, but even Scott uses five hole pages now for all their albums so they can be put into different types of binders. So this looks completely normal.
Then, simply buy the appropriate ring binder for the pages you've hole punched. The best 3-ring binder that will fit Scott International pages that I've been able to find are the 3-ring binders sold by Scott. I particularly like their smaller size 3-ring binders which hold about 100 pages. Their larger ring binder is bulky and not very appealing, I find. A slipcase is available, as well. For me, a slipcase is essential to keep everything dust free and tidy on the bookshelf. Not cheap but looks good.
Other larger sized 3-ring binders, perhaps some of the ones Lighthouse sells, might also work, as well.
For 22-ring pages, you'll have to find a 22-ring hole punch. Try
ebay. Or perhaps a print shop can punch the holes for you. Finding 22-ring binders is easy enough. I've used Dauwalders Stamp Shop in the UK which sells very well made 22-ring binders with slipcases (and pages that fit them). They are not expensive at all. They will ship to the U.S. Their binders fit Scott International pages. I know because I've tried them. Check their website. The advantage of the 22-ring hole punch is that it creates what I think are very sophisticated looking pages, more European in style, without so much of the "school notebook" look of 3-ring pages. But either way, your pages will look fine.
