I suppose that my recommendation would be to buy them second-hand. The stamps of these territiories are very much "philatelic" and can be picked up pretty cheaply. I had Marini (Italian, but now, I think, owned by Yvert) slipcased, hingeless albums with some stamps for Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man, for which I paid around £60 in total at auction. And later sold on
ebay, with additional stamps, for about the same price. The Marini are perfectly adequate. Paying for Lighthouse pages would be really over the top!
