I'm still trying to evaluate my stamps, their are many, and with this one in question I just wanted to see if I had it right. Also, if these stamps have value? I believe it is a Scott 147. Thank you

Looks like a 158 to me but a larger scan would help.

that its a 158. The link Don gave you above will show you where and what to look for to identify the large 3 cent banknotes.
