Mind the case. The stamp is 554c. The editors of the Scott catalog then moved on to "invent" Unix.

Just a side comment for future reference. Its noteworthy from my observation this evening how wide 554C can be considered. I have my sample coil, rotary I compared it with like they tell you, and I have to be careful I dont base findings on that alone. Just a Student's note, see pic. Stamp is in plastic sleeve.

Here's a real 595... I'm just curious how much the overinking
and the scratched plate have reduced it in value... opinions?
