1 Cent Benjamin Franklin Stamp

I have a post card that was stamped in 1907 with a 1 Cent Benjamin Franklin stamp. This post card came from a very famous person and I can't say who right now. What is strange about this stamp is that the pref are only on 3 sides and the top is straight. I have never saw one like this before online. Hoping that someone might give me some more info into it.

This is normal, the stamp came from the top of the sheet which was not perforated.

From what I can tell it must be a Scott 300 but I have never seen one with the top margin missing and the bottom margin so large or off.

Yes, a #300. They issued over 11 billion of this stamp, so there are plenty of examples with differing margins and centering.

If the post card came from someone famous would that change anything about the value of it?

The post card, if a common front design, with this stamp is a 25c item at most.

If the person who wrote on the post card is famous, THAT is the driving factor for the value, which will depend upon the actual person.
