I have this Sheet of Stamps specific to P & R. I found a few of them, but some of them are eluding my curious eyes. Where can I go to check on World Revenue Stamps??

That's going to be tough as there is no single worldwide revenue catalog outside of Forbin which is 100+ years old. Now there are country- and region-specific catalogs from a wide variety of publishers, Barefoot probably having the widest coverage.

Putting together reasonable coverage of the world re: revenues, is NOT an inexpensive proposition.

Might want to check out these catalogs, if you're into South America.

I am grateful for the information. I'm going to work with that. I'm not in a hurry.
