Help Needed With Us, Russian Stamps

Hello. Can someone please give me some guidance on the rarity and/or value, if any, of some of these stamps? I know the vast majority are not even scarce, let alone rare, and are worth maybe a dollar or less, but a few might be worth more. It's hard to tell because so many stamps look alike. I can't tell the difference between a Washington 1 cent that sells for $100 and what appears to be the same stamp selling for $1.00. Anyway, whatever help anyone can provide would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I can't evaluate the Russian stamps, but the US stamps are extremely common and of little or no monetary value.

Thank you both. That's more or less what I figured, based on my own research, but I thought there might be one or two that might be in the tens of dollars or even hundreds if I got extremely lucky. I might have better luck with the Russian stamps. I know there are a few in there worth about $10-$15 each, but not much more. The thing about the U.S. stamps is that I have 20 or 30 of these stamp books -- most from the 1940s and '50s -- and all with stamps similar to the ones shown here. Obviously they aren't all duplicates of these, but my guess is they're all fairly common and not all that valuable. In some of the books, the stamps are just pasted on the paper -- not hinged at all, which makes anything even remotely valuable pretty worthless. But most are hinged. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do with them? Sell them all for $30 and be done with it, or hold on to them or have them appraised? Thank you.
