Good Evening
I have these 2 stamps I think are beautiful. The yellow was hard to make out, but I believe its the same as the second stamp, appearance wise. They seem so delicate. Does anyone recognize them and can offer some history please

I can't tell you anything specific about these stamps, but "EMP. OTTOMAN" is Ottoman Empire. You can find these stamps in a catalog listed under Turkey.
