Hi all,

Hi James Drummond, seems like you are very knowledgeable, In Accordance With TSCOUSS&C would this be considered gum category * or **, as the gum is disturbed.

Found while going thru some books of my mothers.

Have no idea what I am going to do with this one.

It appears to maybe have a small part of a cancel on it, but not sure.

Hope you can help me out, or any body else can help me out.

Oh by the way, figured out how to make a better scan. What do you think of this one scan?

It took me a second to figure out what the TSCOUSS&C was but I did have to chuckle. The stamp looks unused to me. The scan isn't bad but it is still possible to post a better image, even while using the Stamp Community Forum Image Optimizer (SCFIO).
