Someone took the cleaning a little too far. The stamp is a mere shadow of how it should appear.

cjpalermo - You have got to be joking. OG with a CV of $1900 is for mint. Do you think that playing games such as avoiding the word mint is OK? Give me a break.

rogdcam, take it easy - I see that, but you put mint in quotes so I was looking for the keyword. And I've had only a half cup of coffee as it's early out here. Let's keep it civil, shall we? Oversights happen.

I definitely agree that the overall appearance of that stamp is that it has been cleaned. They washed out much of the nice color from the original stamp, leaving some of the cancellation.
