Both Scott numbers are Type VII. Look at the right side. The perf hole edges are showing. I would normally pass this by but this seller begs attention given the amount of fakes they list. They have more "315's" listed that have the perf hole edges showing. It is just ridiculous. The entire thing. The starting of bidding for a $1400 stamp at $5. They are free to do it. They should not be free to bilk people. IMHO

Hi rogdcam guess my eyes are not seeing what you see, maybe I'm too old.

How about the measurements, what do you think a valid stamp in question should measure out at?

I want to learn about the measurements.

The total stamp, not just the design. Both vert. and horz. measurements! Suggest you report in MM.
