Dear Stamp Community Forum

I entered the cyrillic letters, letter by letter in a translation program. Result with space between the words: children sunday
result without space between the words: Christmas; but the date 03. -09.10.1994 doesn't necessarily fit....

One of the usual suspects (Yugoslavia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia or Bulgaria) should be the Editor, but who is it? Is it a compulsory tax stamp? A revenue stamp? Or some kind of fundraising stamp?

Thanks for any hint.

Best regards from Switzerland

André

Can't help much other than to suggest looking for event or symposium that occurred October 3-9 1994. October 3 was a Monday so the event ran Monday through Sunday. Also look at countries that use a comma "," for period "." in currency.
