Hi, an interesting item, a recent acquisition from
ebay.
I scan images for everyone to enjoy.
The front side, there is a rather difficult image to capture, tried all way to enhance it, just could no be enhanced enough. It is the image in pink I think, central image (a man running with something behind him?)
On reverse side you will see a pair of R164 (US) and a Mexican Revenue Stamp.
