Looks like some version of a Scott 319. But the resolution isn't good enough, or the cancellation blocks some of the detail that would let you know if it were a Type I or a Type II

We actually have two of these stamps. Trying to scan the first stamp I posted now to get a better resolution. The stamped attached to this response is the second of the two. Hoping it is a clearer image

Leaning towards the type II on both of these. Any idea how rare they are? Most of the internet really seems like a crap shoot when it comes to determining that. Not sure how much being used effects them.

Very common stamp. 2¢ was the domestic latter rate at this time so millions were issued.
