Don,

Am I understanding correctly that what this seller is offering are not stamps but digital images of the stamps taken from various sources online? How can you tell for certain? Other than a few of the items on the 1st page, they don't scream out as just being photos rather than stamps.

In other words, in order to report the listing, one would have to have be able to give the ebay folks the evidence that the items being offered are not actual stamps.

Hi Dan,
This is the same guy who listed a bunch of 'one of' items where the stamps were known to be in major collections. And then he made a new listing where he supposedly had graded, encapsulated rare stamps. The images were his hand holding the stamps, but the shadows, hand wrinkles and woodgrain desk were all exactly the same in every image; he had Photoshopped just the stamp section of the images.

How does one report an item to ebay? And please, do not mention that phony "report item" on the lower right of every listing. Dozens of "report item" reported and not one observable result/change in all the years of reporting. A true black hole event.
