This kind of stamp can have H grill or I grill, in this case it's too large for an I grill, so it would be H grill. But the images are still not very sharp and too small the second, so no real identification is possible. And especially the color is very dark, as with your 3c you showed before, on my monitor even brown. Perhaps you make a photo with this stamp and a similar color stamp like the Jackson 2 cents vermillion (178, 183) just to know and see whether your photos show real colors or always very dark. Perhaps also your 3c has another color in reality.

The stamp has a clear 13x15 grill, which is normal for an H. The grill points as crosses can be seen even in the small image. If you submit it for a certificate it will probably come out ok. This grill is complete and sharp enough that you could have the experts name the grill state on the cert (looks like "late" from what I can see).

The right margin is from the center gutter of the plate for a stamp from the left pane.

It's refreshing to see a stamp with a large straight margin that has survived all these years without being perforated somewhere along the line.
