Scott #9.
Type IV, recut once at bottom.

Its a top-row right pane stamp, showing a bit more of the design than most as a result.
Still just a #9.

I am not going to plate the stamp but it would be very easy. Several stamps on the right pane have a double recut on bottom. I can say right off the top of my head that it isn't position 1,2,4, or 5
