Hey everyone!

First post here, I recently stumbled across my great-grandfather's & grandfather's shared stamp books. Thought I'd post them here to see if there is anything of interest. Likely nothing noteworthy but I get the feeling there might be some interesting things in here as I believe he ran the postal service for Great Britain in South Africa in the late 1800s.
Here is a very small summary of some that I think are the oldest and most interesting stamps.

Hi and welcome.

I find your stamps very interesting. I suggest you keep them as they are. Family history is more value to me.

I believe you have some very good stamps here, although there is also a question of condition in many of them too. I spotted four or so Great Britain Scott # 96 (some "perfined")and one Scott 108. These have catalog values in my 2013 Classic of $140.00, and $220.00. Several other quite good stamps there too, I hope closer inspection is done, perhaps with a experienced collector. In any case, very nice start to a collection. Thanks for sharing.
