Glad you finally made the connection with the seller. That was kind of amazing. When I first posted the ebay.de link, it was to an almost full page of sheets, my last posted link less than 10 minutes later, he had only two sheets for sale.
Glad you found your sheet.

There must be some kind of filter between the North America based ebay, where I am, and the Europe based ebay because although rolfe1276-5 comes up in that link he has nothing for sale according to ebay. Weird set up.

Yes. The seller rolfe1276-5 does not list either Paypal or credit cards as a form of payment accepted, so his listings will not appear on ebay.com. If you want to see them, change the .com part of the url to .de. You can log into ebay.de using the same username and password as on ebay.com. But make sure that a seller accepts some form of payment that you can use before bidding on any of their items!!

To answer the original question "are Weimar republic stamp forged":

There are many forged postmarks, as postally used often comes at a premium for the inflation issues. My advise to the general collector would be to stay away from these. It require specialist knowledge to navigate these waters.

Some interesting analysis made in this translated article:

664/5000
to download for the inventory of wrong signatures, there are today the following pictures with the wrong signature OECHSNER BPP.

The signature is located on a DR 112a. The "b" can also be distinguished from the black-and-white image. The "b" shows an extremely porous print with many white spots, in particular also in the lower region of the mark. Note the spots (at 112a not available) above the word flight mail. Following pictures of real 112b (these canceled stamps are rarities, with the kind permission of the auction house Felzmann, Düsseldorf show) and the real signature OECHSNER BPP and the dubious pieces.
112a with wrong signature:

Real Signature:

Mr. Oechsner always cuts his test post accurately. Fold marks are not signed deeply.
Real 112b:
