Checked in fluid 4 times, measures 18.5x22 Flat Plate, no watermark

Two conclusions come to mind:
1. Perf 10 vertical, flat plate = 444, and you are just not seeing the watermark somehow, or
2. something altered.

I guess either is possible... I can understand not seeing a watermark
on one stamp, but have never come across it on two.

why do the perforations not line up on both sides? Trim? Reperf?

ddaann, on flat plate coils, the perf rows do not naturally line up. I suppose it is technically possible for them to line up from row to row, but it is at least very unusual. It is a feature you can use to identify fake perfs on flat plate coils (e.g. if the perfs line up perfectly row to row it is almost definitely an altered imperf). This is in contrast to rotary coils, which line up row to row.

Disi123, the edges and perfs at first glance look ok to me. The left stamp on reverse appears to have a decently large area in the lower margin that is a thin/damaged. Perhaps the watermark is hiding in that area?
