It would help greatly if you could scan the back side, placed next to another blue stamp, both against a yellow background.

It does not look like a Scott 361. Plus they normally do not have that much offset on the gum. Final opinion can only be made by someone who has seen it in person, presuming it does have a double watermark.

I ran across this stamp today. I have the same question. Could this be 361? What is the best way to tell? Thanks.

I've never checked for watermarks before--I am new to collecting. How can I do that safely without damaging the stamp? Thanks.
