The 3c Washington looks like 1R1E.
Would this be a #10 or #10A since it has one inside line at right only?
The 1c Franklin may be 1R8.

Any visible recutting of the inner frame lines makes it a Type II. I suspect your plating is correct but I did not check it.

The one-cent does indeed look like 1R8.

Your 3c stamp certainly looks like 1R1E to me, however, I'm intrigued by the fact that yours appears to show a double transfer in the lower right Rosette. I cannot find this in any of the reference copies online, including the Chase photos. I therefore assumed yours must be 1I, due to re-entry, but it does not appear to match that at all.

Possibly this is a printing anomaly. I'd be curious to hear other takes.

I will say that I looked at a spot in an "E", but after a few minutes, I realized that it was an old coffee stain on my monitor.
