On Jay Smith's site the Polar bear stamp is shown and the Kayak mentioned, with explanation as to what they are (bottom of page):

Unless there are marginal pieces with printed names, or catalogs of topical items such as these, I believe your chances of finding the printers or sponsors of these items are not good.

Of course, I was proven wrong on this once before when an SCF participant found a newspaper article from the early 1930's describing a Hawaiian cinderella. You never know.

Well, I expect the initials JSA stand for Jay Smith & Associates, whose site the sheet came from.
