Folks I would like to take a moment to pick your collective brains and take advantage of your knowledge. I found this little oddity in a cigar box collection. I know the language is french and the wording is Women Rights. anyone know anything about this? Is it a Cinderella or something else?? I thank you in advance for any assistance.
